Who will I work with?
You’ll have a project owner who coordinates delivery and also contributes to the build, bringing in the team’s design and engineering skills as needed.
Can we start small?
Yes. A store review, an integration fix or an AI prototype can be a complete first engagement. We agree on what you’ll receive and how we’ll assess the result before starting.
Can you work with our existing software?
We can review the current setup, understand the constraints and identify a practical way forward. Access, documentation and the condition of the system will help determine the scope.
How do you work out cost and timing?
We review the requirements and dependencies, then provide a proposal with scope, fees and milestones. If unknowns need investigation first, we agree on a separate discovery scope. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to paid work.
Do you help after launch?
Yes. Ongoing development, maintenance and technical support can be agreed around the project’s needs. We discuss the arrangement and expectations together.
