We may update, modify, or remove features from our apps at any time. We are not obligated to maintain any specific functionality indefinitely.

Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and branding associated with Macabu and its apps are the intellectual property of Macabu. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our apps without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Macabu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our apps.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our apps are supplied as consumer goods or services, you are entitled to the statutory guarantees provided under that law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
